Lilli Plants Returns, Refunds & Cancellation Policy

Our Promise
At Lilli Plants, we take great care in delivering healthy, high-quality plants that closely match the images on our website. While natural variations may occur, we work with trusted suppliers to bring you the best selection possible.

Returns & Refunds

  • If you wish to return an item, you may do so at the time of delivery by handing it back to the delivery agent.
  • The returned plant or accessory must be in its original packaging. If the plant has been repotted or the accessory's packaging is missing, a refund will not be possible.
  • Once your return is accepted, the refund will be processed within 21 working days.
  • If you change your mind after receiving your order, you may request a return within 24 hours. Returns made within 24 hours are free.

Cancellations & Exchanges

  • Orders cannot be canceled or refunded after 24 hours of delivery.
  • Exchanges or returns are not available for plants and products once they have been accepted beyond this period.

Exceptions

  • Lilli Plants is not responsible for issues that arise beyond 3 days of delivery, including airborne pests and plant diseases such as fungal leaf spots, blight, or aphids.
  • Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
